I visited this coffee shop for the first time today. The cafe was conveniently located in the center of Buena Vista town center, the outside of the cafe looked fairly nice (it would look better if they give the building a fresh coat of paint and clean the outside dining area thoroughly), there was adequate free parking nearby, no staff member greeted me upon entering the cafe, there was a limited amount of seating in the cafe, but I found a small table to sit at, no music was playing, the dining room was clean and neat, my table was clean and not sticky, the employee who took my order was fairly friendly, they had several danish/bread-type items available, a breakfast burrito (either with bacon, or without meat), their medium roast was delicious (especially with one of their many flavored syrups colorfully displayed above the counter on the wall), they had a nice size table on the side for customers with 3 kinds of "cream", stevia, forks, knives, stirrers, etc., and garbage can on the side of the table, there was good, free WiFi, the dining room had big windows to see out toward the beautiful mountains, and the restroom was clean and did not smell.
Cool spot! We stopped in for some treats and got a decaf iced latte, an oat bar, and a golden turmeric latte. Everything was tasty! It did take about 15-20 minutes to get our drinks, so I might not recommend coming here if you're in a hurry.
Came again today to get some drinks and snacks! We got the blueberry cream scone ($4.50) and a chorizo burrito. Both were scrumptious as always. Service was prompt and we went at the perfect time so there was no line. Drinks were top-notch and the food had fantastic flavor. They had a different playlist than usual today, but I really liked it (Hozier, Taylor Swift, etc.) Lots of open seating and great views! Can't wait to come back.
Yummy coffee and gluten free bakery goodies! Highly recommend checking this place out in Buena Vista. It is in the heart of all the shops and restaurants which is so fun! The atmosphere was super quaint and cozy. The service was quick and friendly!
Cute place to stop for coffee, recommended by a friend who lives in BV. From their extensive menu, I ordered an orange Mate Latte with honey. Delicious and perfect for the rest of the drive back to Denver. It's a cozy cafe with great service. They always seem to be poppin' and for good reason. It's a local staple that needs to be tried by everyone looking for a caffeine hit.
